The following are the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Internet Website www.vinoble.org (hereafter referred to as the Website) which the CITY OF JEREZ COUNCIL (hereafter referred to as JEREZ COUNCIL) has provided for you as a User.

Use of the Website implies full acceptance by the User of all the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website which may be in force at the time the User may enter it, and if the User is not in agreement with these, there is no obligation to use the Website. JEREZ COUNCIL reserves the right to modify at any time these General Terms and Conditions of Use as well as any other general or particular conditions, rules of use, instructions or notices which arise from use. The right is also reserved to suspend, interrupt or cease to operate the Website at any time.

Access to the Website on the part of Users is open to anyone and free of charge, however certain services provided by JEREZ COUNCIL may be subject to Particular Conditions in which case they will be made known at all times.

JEREZ COUNCIL is against the practice of SPAM (the massive and continuous sending by e-mail of unsolicited advertising, usually commercial, to a large number of people).

The legislation applicable to the Website content shall be Spanish Law and the owner of the Website will be under the jurisdiction of the competent Courts and Tribunals of Jerez de la Frontera, Spain for the resolution of any dispute which may arise with the User.
